The Fairytale Of Tekla The Spider Tekla the spider was, without a doubt, the happiest creature in Whispering Woods. Her eight little legs tap-danced on her silken web with glee, her big blue eyes sparkled with joy, and her tiny heart hummed a constant tune of contentment. But even the happiest spider can have a dream, and Tekla’s dream was of a magnificent feather crown, the kind she’d seen carried on the breeze by the forest birds. One sunny morning, Tekla decided she would find her own feather crown. She packed a dewdrop canteen and a crumb of honey-cake and set off. Her first encounter was with Barnaby the beetle, busily polishing his shiny green shell. "Excuse me, Barnaby," chirped Tekla, "have you seen a feather crown?" Barnaby stopped polishing. "A feather crown? Hmm, I saw a blue jay drop a bright blue feather near the babbling brook." So, Tekla scurried towards the babbling brook. There, she met Fiona the field mouse, who was collecting berries. "Fiona, dear," asked Tekla, "have you seen a feather crown?" Fiona twitched her whiskers. "Not a whole crown, little one, but I did see a fluffy orange feather caught on a thorny rose bush near the old oak tree." Tekla thanked Fiona and carefully made her way to the old oak tree. Perched on a branch was Oliver the owl, blinking his wise yellow eyes. "Oliver," Tekla called up, "have you seen a feather crown?" Oliver hooted softly. "Indeed, little spider. A gust of wind carried several colorful feathers into the hollow of the willow tree by the whispering waterfall." With renewed hope, Tekla journeyed to the whispering waterfall. The air was misty and cool, and nestled in the hollow of the willow tree, she found them! Not one crown, but a collection of the most beautiful feathers she had ever seen: fiery orange, sky blue, sunshine yellow, and emerald green. Carefully, Tekla gathered the feathers. It took her all afternoon, but finally, with the help of a few sticky strands of her own silk, she crafted the most wonderful feather crown imaginable. It sat perfectly on her fluffy head, the colorful feathers swaying gently in the breeze. Tekla returned to her web, her heart overflowing with happiness. She was still the happiest spider in Whispering Woods, but now, she was also the proud owner of a magnificent feather crown, a reminder that even the smallest creature with the biggest smile can achieve their dreams. The paper quality is excellent. Keep in mind when purchasing that the size includes a white border so your print is about smaller than you might expect. The colors are deep and clear. I am really happy with my purchase of the Klimt prints. I purchased 3 of them as a grouping.

I bought this framed print as it reminds me of my cats and the lovely colour green matches my decor. I hesitated when it said perspex not glass but this is a high quality and very clear, really looks great, and I know it's safe hanging above the bed. I am more than pleased with the service and will be ordering again. Thank you
