I have ordered from Fy a few times and it’s always been great. Unfortunately, this last order, for £240 has not arrived. FedEx said they delivered it and I signed for it. That didn’t happen. I logged a ticket with Fy, as there was no one to call or chat to and someone from Fy emailed me and said they would chase it but I had to wait. I logged it with FedEx myself, who said they could see it had been delivered and signed for but agreed it wasn’t at my address. They called me the next day and said the driver would collect it and deliver it to me and they would email me confirmation of this. They didn’t email me and didn’t deliver. Tracking still says delivered and signed for. So I called them again and this time they said it was never delivered, it was an error. They had the parcel and would deliver it the next day. I still haven’t heard anything at all from Fy themselves. So at this point, I have no delivery, no explanation, and no idea where my order actually is or if it will actually arrive at all. This was my most expensive order and it’s a lot of money for me, someone is lying as the story keeps changing but I can’t access the delivery records to see whether what I ordered is actually on its way or lost. If it’s been bouncing around in the back of a FedEx van for 3 days, I’m not convinced it’s going to be in the best condition. It would be much more reassuring if I could actually talk to Fy.
