Can I add a mount?

Yes. You can add a mount to most frames to create space around your artwork and give it a more finished look.

What materials are your frames made from?

We use a mix of solid wood and durable, high-quality alternatives, depending on the style. All materials are selected for their finish, consistency and longevity.

Are your frames really handmade in the UK?

Yes. Each frame is assembled and finished in the UK by experienced framers.

How long will my order take?

Frames are made to order and usually ship within 5–7 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £59.

Can I return my frame?

Yes. We offer 14-day returns, even on custom sizes. Returned frames are rehomed or recycled wherever possible.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Not yet. Currently frames come in a range of standard sizes designed to fit most prints and artwork.

What glazing options are available?

We offer a range of glazing options, including lightweight acrylic and higher-spec finishes for reduced reflection and added protection.

Will the frame protect a limited edition?

Yes. Choose Anti-UV museum glazing, which blocks 99% of UV light. Mounts are acid-free and lignin-free, making them safe for archival prints. Recommended for editions of fewer than 250.

Are your frames suitable for prints and photographs?

Yes. Our frames are designed to work across prints, photographs and artwork of all kinds.

How do I hang my frame?

All frames come ready to hang with the appropriate fittings included.
