I love the availability of prints and how fast they get delivered . I got two prints: one with Frida Kahlo and one with an 18th century painting turned into a meme and loved them both.

Don't like the customer experience. Why can't I have a basket to fill up? Why must I pay immediately? Why is there such poor communication about despatch/delivery? Why is the website so non-intuitive such that I can't see the whole offer and navigate via a normal menu?. Seems good quality. As described.

I love the prints, but I would love to be able to choose glossy paper for crisper images and brighter colors. I also wish there was an option to be shipped flat when the size allows.. Beautiful prints at a reasonable cost
