These pieces are perfect for the living room, where they set a welcoming, yet thoughtful tone for any entertaining you might do there. Play with contrasts by placing an industrial coffee table with strong, bold materials next to a modern sofa with smooth, curvy surfaces and a soft microsuede covering. Finish the look with a Mid-Century modern floor lamp in a shiny gold finish--a sort of mix of the two styles. An ideal way to bring variety into a room without losing any visual coherence.
