When it comes to small bedrooms, every little bit of floor space counts. So, instead of going for a traditional nightstand, try hanging a shelving unit next to your bed instead. This gives you space for items you need like a glass of water, your moisturiser or laptop on-hand on the lower-shelves, while allowing storage for your library up top. You can also place some framed artworks on the top shelf to add extra height to your space and show even more of your personality in your boudoir.

If you find your closet constantly on the verge of overflowing, it may also be wise to install a larger wall-unit equipped with stylish boxes for storing things you want on-hand but out of sight. We love using our wall shelves for everything, equal parts art gallery, library, and wardrobe, and so on. Consider installing a rack at the bottom to hang blouses, dresses, and other garments. Just make sure your shelves are high enough that the clothes won’t touch the floor and are mounted correctly so it can hold the weight. With some much extra space, you’ll feel clutter-free and organised in a way you never even thought possible!
