Frankenstein or the Modern Prometheus was written in the Swiss Alps by an eighteen-year-old Mary Shelley. It became an instant bestseller on anonymous publication in 1818.

This 1886 book cover with an introduction by the Rev H R Hawels, a Victorian Priest, who wasn't in awe by the core of the book, but appreciated "subtle analysis of "moods". Haweis also felt that Christianity and spiritualism were compatible, and attended séances himself.

The Fallen Angel scent is earthy and dark, yet fresh and invigorating. There are notes of Bergamot, Oakmoss, Camphor, Cedar, and amber. "Remember that I am thy creature; I ought to tobe thy Adam, but I am rather the fallen angel, whom thou drivest from joy for no misdeed".
