The Awa Series is inspired by the floating impression of inflatable Japanese construction site lamps as well as the image of blowing itself, like glass blowing or blowing up a bubble-gum. Awa literally means bubble in Japanese and describes the soft volume of the glass body in contrast to its delicate and minimalistic fixture system. Awa is build upon modularity the same fixture can be used for the large and small pendant as well as the table and floor light.
Material: Mouth-blown glass, painted steel.
