What inspired you to become an artist, and when did you first realise that you wanted to pursue this career path?
I studied Arts at university and I love everything to do with art, especially digital art
What are some of your favourite materials and mediums to work with, and why do you prefer them?
I always create my illustrations with Procreate app using my iPad device. I love to use digital tools because I have any color and texture available and it's easier for me to create different versions of the same illustration.
What themes or ideas do you explore in your artwork?
Food, animals, portraits, flowers and still life
Can you walk us through your creative process, from the initial concept to the finished piece?
First I start exploring my Pinterest, Instagram and other tools where I save everything that inspires me. Then, I start creating sketches. Once the sketch is done, I start using colours and textures to finalise my art work.
Who are some artists or other creative figures that have influenced your work, and how have they inspired you?
Mostly female illustrators
How do you stay motivated and inspired when you hit a creative block or rough patch?
Music, pinterest, instagram, museums
